Shipping policy

1. DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for any import taxes and duties your country imposes. 

We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company. Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with USPS must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages. 

LS EXCHANGE CLUB and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.

 2. USA ORDERS

Your order is a priority and will arrive within 5-7 business days.

 

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order will arrive within 2 weeks after purchase.

 

4. WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to us, you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
